Monday 28th
A caller reported some cattle on the road on Cr 133 about a mile
off of Hwy 290. Deputy Ray was able to remove the cattle from
the road way.
Deputy Ray checked out an alarm going off on Hwy 290 east, all
the doors were secured no sign of entry.
A report of harassment was reported on Pr 8003, Deputy Allen and
Deputy Skinner responded to the call. The subject was gone
before the arrival of the deputies.
A caller reported a construction road
barrel was in the lane of traffic; Deputy Ayers went to remove
the barrel. Upon arrival to Hwy 77 and Hwy 21 somebody had
already removed the road hazard.
A caller reported a domestic disturbance on Pr 7707 Deputy
Rudolph responded.
The Dime Box school called in a suspicious vehicle parked by the
school for a couple of days and wanted someone to come check it
out Deputy Liles responded.
Tuesday 29th
Deputy Ayers checked on a house alarm on Cr 226. The door was
open and the house was checked out nobody in or around the
house.
Caller reported a lot of water at the intersection of Hwy 77 and
Hwy 21, Deputy Allen responded to the area. Lincoln water was
flushing the system all was ok.
Wednesday 30th
A disturbance was reported on Cr 410, Deputy Skinner responded
all was ok and settled.
Deputy Allen assisted Adult Protective Services to check on a
resident on Cr E.
Thursday 31st
Deputy Ledenbach was unable to locate a suspicious vehicle
called in on Fm 2440.
Caller reported that somebody else cashed a check made out to
him Deputy Carvin responded to the call.
Several callers reported a man in a blue
sweatshirt and blue jeans walking down the roadway. Deputy
Ledenbach went to check on hwy 77 near Fm 1624 but was unable to
locate the man.
Deputy Ledenbach issued a Criminal Trespass warning on an
individual after a report of a suspicious person on Pr 3141 was
received.
Deputy Crockett removed some debris from the road way on Hwy 290
near the Hills.
Friday 1st
A caller stated that she hit a deer on Fm 696 west; Deputy Ray
responded and issued a blue form.
One person was taken into custody after a disturbance was called
at Krazy K’s on FM 141. Deputy Allen and Deputy Ayers responded
a report was taken.
Deputy Allen completed a motorist assist on Hwy 21; subject
already had help on the way.
A caller reported that an Oilfield Tanker truck lost its luggage
on Hwy 77 in the Lexington area, Deputy Allen and Trooper Manner
tried to catch up to notify the driver but were unable to catch
him. The caller brought the luggage to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputy Allen completed a motorist assist on Hwy 290.
A suspicious vehicle was reported at Walch store on Hwy 21,
Deputy Skinner and Deputy Rudolph responded. The vehicle took
off at a high rate of speed and Bastrop County was notified.
Deputy Skinner and Deputy Rudolph responded to a trespassing
call on Cr 117. Upon arrival the trespasser had already left the
area.
Deputy Liles, Deputy Skinner and Deputy Rudolph all responded to
a domestic disturbance reported on Deer Valley Drive. Subjects
were separated for the night and all is ok.
Saturday 2nd
Fayette County requested a welfare check on Fm 180, Deputy Ayers
check on subject all is ok.
A disturbance was called in on Pr 3063, Deputy Allen and Deputy
Ayers responded. Subject was allowed to get her belongs and
moved out.
Caller stated that there was a vehicle parked near some
construction equipment with both doors open and he didn’t see
anybody around. Deputy Ayers checked on the area on Fm141 all
was ok.
A reckless driver was reported on Hwy 290 west headed east bound
all units were notified and the call was transferred to Giddings
Police Department.
Caller reported that his friend was driving around his property
on a motorcycle and ran into a fence. Deputy Allen, Deputy
Ayers, and Deputy Skinner along with B&M Ambulance and Giddings
Fire Department all responded. One subject was taken by
Starflight to Austin.
Motorist reported some cattle out on Cr 405 Deputy Liles was
unable to locate.
Caller reported that a Hispanic male came up to her door and
asked if he could stay at her house for the night. Deputy
Skinner and Deputy Rudolph responded to the call but the subject
had already left the area upon arrival.
Deputy Liles was unable to locate a horse that was reported out
on Cr 127.
Sunday 3rd
Deputy Rudolph assisted Trooper Harris with a car accident on Cr
309.
Deputy Rudolph assisted Officer Vivas with a disturbance on Main
St in Lexington.
Some cattle were reported on the road upon arrival Deputy Allen
was unable to locate any on the road.
Deputy Ayers was able to run some goats back into a fence that
was reported out on Hwy 21 near Cr 440.
Deputy Allen removed some cattle from the road on Cr 405 near Cr
407.
